HOW TO ORDER PRESCRIPTIONS FOR YOUR PATIENTS

There are several ways you can order prescriptions for your patients

1) Call 1-800-355-1112 or 1-716-332-2288
- Leave a voicemail for the patient by hitting #2 then #1 and leave prescription with the patients phone number and we will do the rest
- Talk to a pharmacist by hitting #2 then #2

2) Fax the prescription and patients phone number to 1-716-332-2287

3) Email a pharmacist with the prescription and phone number.

Patient will be contacted within 24 hours

Prescriptions are mailed promptly for a nominal charge.
